Coleman Build is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information, restricted site access, or client unresponsiveness.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
• All pricing is provided in written estimates or contracts and subject to change upon scope adjustments
• Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement
• Payments are accepted via check, wire transfer, or approved digital platforms
• Late or missed payments may result in interest charges or project delays
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
• Projects are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions
• Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Missed appointments or restricted site access may result in rescheduling fees
